Grupo Terraforma

We’ve partnered with Grupo Terraforma—a construction and development firm operating in Mexico and Europe—to turn build quality into clear, compelling visuals. Our scope spans on-site progress capture, milestone documentation, and architectural photo & film of completed works. We’ve been on site across projects such as Valles San Nicolás, Nueva San Ángel, Nueva Bosques, UAVI in Punta Mita, among others. The result is a versatile asset library that supports bids, investor updates, sales materials, and brand channels.

UAVI

UAVI is a real-estate development in Punta Mita that we’ve accompanied since the start of construction in 2022. Our cornerstone piece for launch was a pre-project film created for the pre-sale phase—shot on an empty site and built entirely around the concept and future experience. With no structures yet in place, we crafted a narrative that mapped vision onto landscape, turning raw terrain into a clear, compelling promise of what’s to come.

VALLE SAN NICOLÁS

We executed a comprehensive capture of the development—master plan, amenities, and landscape—to build a robust asset library.
Set across ~370–385 hectares, the project features a clubhouse by Sordo Madaleno that engages both lake and forest.
International recognition includes the Architecture MasterPrize for the clubhouse and a The Plan Award 2022 selection; its lighting was also honored at the Ibero-American Lighting Design Biennial 2024.
Our role: translate the site’s character and architecture into photography and film for sales materials, press, and stakeholders.

YEAR RECAP

For the past years, we’ve executed a robust, portfolio-wide content capture to document everything built across the year. We photograph and film site progress, milestones, and handovers, then curate a clean showcase that highlights each project’s trajectory. The result is a polished annual archive—clear, current, and ready for sales, investor updates, and brand communications.
